Mini Smoker

This miniature hot smoker is just the thing for tiny briskets, individual ribs, or teeny-tiny lamb shoulders. It was made out of a collection of scrap metal, including a speaker mounting, two fire extinguishers, bits of a broken typewriter, and some welding rods (to make the grill). Its maker, FABAS, reckons, “If I need to smoke two sausages, I can do it”. Maybe it’s not all that useful, but it’s absolutely gorgeous.
